The Netherlands is ready for SMRs. We're building the platform to deliver them.
Aeonic Energy is part of

A €14 billion market with no development partner.
The Dutch government has committed to new nuclear. Grid congestion is costing €40 billion a year. Hyperscalers are desperate for firm power. But no one in the Netherlands has assembled the development platform to actually deliver SMR projects. That's the gap Aeonic fills.
Government mandate, political will
Offtakers are ready
and waiting
A development platform, not a single project.
.01
Market & site origination
We identify locations where energy demand outstrips grid capacity, secure site options, and engage local government and communities. Every site is evaluated against ANVS criteria, offtaker proximity, and construction logistics before we commit resources.
.02
Consortium assembly
We match each project with the right technology partner, EPC contractor, nuclear operator, and capital providers. Our role is to orchestrate. Bringing together world-class capabilities into a single development vehicle where each partner bears the risks they are best positioned to manage.
.03
Development through to operations
We lead the full development cycle: licensing, offtake negotiation, EPC procurement, capital structure, and financial close. Post-construction, we manage the asset through its 60-year lifespan. Handling PPA management, regulatory compliance, and investor reporting.
Numbers that justify the partnership.
The Dutch SMR market isn't speculative. It's backed by government commitment, quantified demand, and structural grid failure that won't resolve for a decade.

The Netherlands has the demand, the government commitment, the regulatory framework, and the sites. What it needs is a development platform that brings world-class technology and construction capability to the table. That's what Aeonic is building.

Let's explore this together.
We're looking for partners who share our ambition to build Europe's next generation of nuclear energy. If that's you, we'd welcome a conversation.
